Finley Biss not sure if you could share anything here on how you use the CRM at Esko?

Sure thing Jeremy - I've attached a few screenshots below Grant of what ours looks like.

    Key Benefits

    - Offline access, doesn't rely on network connection to capture information. Still needs connection to upload to the server of couse

    - Very configurable - if you choose to once you're comfortable with it you can add basic fields yourself

    - Reasonably easy to navigate

Some of the features we've added as we go along that are handy for us are

    - Landed costs added to product page for bulk pricing on the fly if need be

    - Stock on hand updated overnight (you have to manually update the app it won't update automatically, but is quite easy to do)

    - Check last outstanding invoice against last order placed to see if customers are up to date with their payments

    - Added fields in contacts to see if a contact is an influencer or a decision maker etc - ensure you're talking to the right people

    - you can click on customer address to go to Google Maps

    - past notes can be reviewed simply & easily

Hope this helps! We have done very limited config ourselves mostly through Logiq.

There's been a bit of interest from others recently as well - Zendesk isn't letting me @mention all the other users for some reason, but we actually wondered whether it would be worth having a F2F group session with any sales reps and managers that were interested to talk through how they would ideally like to use the system, and then try and build something out as a group that fits what most businesses require.

Both in terms of mobile phones, but the CRM more broadly as well.

Yip networking is the key, keen to be involved. Even Zoom for a start might be good, F2F is pretty time intensive.

We would definitely be interested, please tag us in if you are going to do a session.
