Cash Sales Order Processing

How are people currently processing Cash Sale Orders?

We are looking for a way to save time and avoid double entry - having to enter the same details as both a Customer Contact and a Delivery Contact is a waste of time especially when we are not likely to use the information more than once, but it is required in both places for the single order.

We have contacted Logiq about it, but I thought I would ask how others are currently doing it…
