Any methods people are currently using to measure Quote conversion rates?

    We do projects so it's probably slightly different to how you handle. the basic calc is as follows:

    Say 10 quotes were closed in a month. If 3 were won that's 3/10 = 30% conversion. 

    By tracking it on the deal it covers for the fact we normally do 4+quotes to secure a project… If you're not using “deals” there are Quotation.Options (same broad concept as lines with an obvious difference :))
