Logging Into HARMONiQ

Open HARMONiQ by selecting the HARMONiQ icon from either the desktop or the Windows Start menu.

The login screen will appear, showing a list of available companies.

Select the company (Connection Name) to log into.

The available companies are determined by your system administrator.

Enter your User ID and case-sensitive Password.

If applicable, use either of the two User IDs that may be assigned to you - one matching your Windows login and a shorter one for direct sign-in.

Tick the 'Remember Me?' box to save your Connection Name and User ID for future logins.

This allows you to only enter your password next time, making the login process faster.

Click the Login button, or press the F9 function key, or hit Enter on your keyboard to continue.

The main HARMONiQ screen will then display.
