Every object list in HARMONiQ has a command menu at the top, as shown below:

When you first open an object list, most of the command options will be greyed out. To activate them, simply click on an item in the list.

The command menu includes common actions, such as:
- Add-F2 (Create a new item)
- Edit-F3 (Modify an existing item)
- View-CR (Open and view details)
- Delete-F6 (Remove an item)
- Print-F7 (Print information)
It may also contain commands specific to that list. If a command has a shortcut key in its name (e.g. Add-F2), you can either click it with your mouse or press the shortcut key on your keyboard.
Some object lists have many commands, which can take up too much space on the screen. In these cases, extra commands are stored in an overflow menu, shown by the 'hamburger' icon (☰). You can click this icon to see additional options.

On some lists, like the Sales Order List, similar commands are grouped together under a single option with three dots (...) at the end.
For example, clicking on the Delivery command will show multiple delivery-related options for a Sales Order. Each option performs a slightly different task. You'll learn when to use them as you get familiar with processing transactions in HARMONiQ.

For now, just remember that some object lists have many commands, and there are different ways to access them.
