The Control Desk can be configured to display automatically as the first screen upon logging into HARMONiQ. If it does not appear by default, select the 'Control Desk' icon on the HARMONiQ status bar to open it.
You can use the Control Desk to quickly access useful information such as exchange rates, sales activities and company notices.
It functions similarly to the user dashboard but offers more advanced display options. For example, workflow queries that normally appear on the user dashboard can also be displayed here.
Each panel of information on the Control Desk is referred to as a widget.
Widgets are set up by your system administrator or by a member of our Logiq team.
