Every HARMONiQ user who does not have a custom menu will see a My Dashboard tab on the right-hand side of their screen.

The user dashboard allows you to access personal reminders and key information in a single location and is available no matter which tab on the ribbon menu is selected.
When you click on My Dashboard (or just hover your mouse over the title), it opens to its full size. Click anywhere outside the dashboard to close it.

When the dashboard is open, there is a pin symbol in the top right-hand corner. when you click the pin, this locks the dashboard so it remains open, meaning it can be viewed while you work. To unlock the dashboard, click the pin again. When the dashboard is unlocked, it closes automatically when you click anywhere outside it.

When first opened, the dashboard displays the My Workflow Items section. This section shows any workflow queries or workflow conditions that have been set up to provide information for you or to alert you of certain events, e.g. quotes past their expiry dates. You can expand a business process (e.g. Sales) and open any item in the list to view more details.

The My Recent Activity section shows all of your recent activities in HARMONiQ, including adding objects, editing objects, saving objects, and executing reports.

The My Property Watch List section displays any properties in HARMONiQ that have been set up for you to monitor. For example, you might track a product's cost or selling price, or the account balances of customers, suppliers, or GL accounts.

The My Tasks section lists any reminder tasks that have been set up for you - such as following up on a quote after a certain number of days. My Role Tasks includes tasks that apply to your user role.

The My Reports section contains reports you regularly use, along with any reports assigned to your role (role reports). This section makes it easy to run key reports without navigating through the Report Manager.
As an example, to run a report: highlight it and then select Execute-CR (or press Enter).

The My Suspended Items section displays any master objects or transactions that you have suspended using the Suspend-F7 function.
As an example, you can retrieve a suspended item and continue working on it by highlighting it and selecting Recall.

The My Notes section displays any notes that have been created for you.

The My Audit Alerts section shows alerts configured for you or your role - used to notify you when specific property values have changed, such as a customer's credit limit.

The My Pinned Items section provides a quick access to any items you've pinned, such as customers, sales orders, or products.
As an example, you can pin items by selecting the Pin icon on the status bar of an object screen, or by right-clicking on a list item and selecting Action | Add To My Pinned Items.

The My Document Recovery section lists documents automatically saved by HARMONiQ in the event of a system crash.
As an example, if you were working on an object or transaction when the crash occurred, you can restore it from this list.

The My Colleagues section shows a list of all HARMONiQ users and their current status: active (green), idle (orange), or logged out (grey).
As an example, clicking on a colleague's name allows you to send them a message, similar to Instant Messenger.
